Level 2 CPD Courses
We offer the following Level 2 CPD Courses through our sister company, Reach4Business (part of the Reach4Skills brand under High Ridge Training Group LTD). These courses run online via distance learning and are fully funded subject to the following eligibility criteria being met:
- Over 19 and have lived in the UK/EU for the last three years. (Ages 19-23 are eligible for free courses if they have already achieved a full Level 2 qualification or equivalent. Ages 19-23 who have not achieved a full Level 2 qualification may be subject to costs). Please note there is no age limit.
- Living in England but not currently residing in the following devolved areas- Greater London, West of England, West Midlands, Liverpool City Region, Greater Manchester, Sheffield City Region, Tees Valley or North of Tyne.
- Not studying towards any other qualification.
Lean Organisation Management Techniques

The purpose of this qualification is to give learners the skills to support colleagues with mental health problems.
